1 Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances change. Here's when you are eligible for a refund:
- Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment (before work begins)
- Partial refund if cancelled during project — based on work completed percentage
- Full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed project within the specified timeline
- Full refund if the delivered work significantly differs from the agreed project brief
2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- After project has been completed and final files delivered
- If the client changes their mind after work has begun
- Delays caused by client (late content, slow feedback, unresponsiveness)
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, premium plugins, stock images)
- If the client has approved work at any stage and then requests a refund
- Rush projects where expedited delivery was agreed upon
3 Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and assess the situation fairly.

Decision & Processing
If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4 Dispute Resolution
We always prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before raising any formal complaint, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly. We are committed to finding a fair solution for both parties.
