1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CodeTaj's services, website, or engaging with us for any project, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2 Services

CodeTaj provides the following digital services:

• Web Design & Development
• WordPress Development
• PHP / CodeIgniter Development
• Android & iOS App Development
• UI/UX Design
• SEO & Digital Marketing
• E-commerce Solutions
• JavaScript / React / Node.js Development

3 Project Terms

All projects are subject to the following conditions:

• A detailed project brief must be provided before work begins
• 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion before final delivery
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback response time
• Unlimited revisions are not included — revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement
• Client must provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner

4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. However:

• CodeTaj retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses
• Source code for custom development belongs to the client after full payment
• CodeTaj's proprietary frameworks and methodologies remain our intellectual property

5 Confidentiality

CodeTaj treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose any client data, project details, or business information to third parties without explicit written consent.

6 Limitation of Liability

CodeTaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
